People often like to shop somewhere where there is a shop-friendly environment, clear and adequately exposed assortment and sales staff helpful and polite. Sometimes, however, shoppers encounter with unavailable sales staff or insufficient staff´s awareness about the displayed goods and products. It occasionally happens that some of the customers are unwilling to communicate with very proactive sales staff and prefer to explore products on display first and then possibly make contact with staff.
